So, whatever StainSafe^® style you choose, we promise that if it stains permanently, we’ll replace it for free.

Our warranty is wonderfully simple too; if a professional carpet cleaner cannot remove the stain we’ll replace your StainSafe^® carpet with a brand new one, no matter how long it has been enjoyed by the entire family.

What’s more, StainSafe^® carpets can even be cleaned with a diluted bleach solution (10% bleach/90% water), so there really is no reason at all to worry about your new carpet.  You can just enjoy its warmth, comfort and beauty, safe in the knowledge that the StainSafe^® name is the only reassurance you need.
